My greatest pleasure in life has been raising my four excellent children--some of whom liked me so much that they keep coming back. My second greatest pleasure has been doing whatever I can to make people laugh and create bright moments. I hope to do a bit more good in the world before I go the way of it. And if not, I'd better at least get to spend some serious time writing and singing in a castle somewhere in the UK.

I was giving Lynn all kinds of credit for the beautiful art work on our lecture posters—until this morning in church when he told me you had in fact done the design! Everyone loves them. They say exactly what we want to say —-Simply! Perfectly!
Thank you so much!
On another subject: As the mom of 6—-long flown from the nest, I have chortled my way through much of your blog. Description of husband’s pruning exercise is a little too true to life too many times in 51 years of “wedded bliss”.
Thanks again

Mell! Thank you! You are very kind. I am glad he asked me to do the artwork. It was fun. And I’m very glad it is what you wanted.
As for my blog – thanks for reading! It’s nice to know someone out there can relate to the gauntlet that is often parenthood. 🙂
